Your center’s data. Clear boundaries.
Caremaris is designed around a separate deployment for each center. There is no shared database or shared credentials between centers.
Isolation by construction
The rollout model gives each center a separate environment, database, domain and provider accounts. Your team can discuss Caremaris-managed or organization-owned operation. Review ownership, responsibilities and handover arrangements before choosing how your center will run.
HIPAA
Before using patient information, verify BAA coverage for the services your center uses. Confirm the agreements, responsibilities, and medical access requirements during setup.
Access that follows the person
Setup includes verified identities and permissions for each action and record. Review clinical, Board, and employment access with the team before operational use.
Nothing is deleted
Archive, void, and supersede actions preserve earlier records. Operational setup must include durable audit history, backup, recovery, and a retention policy agreed with your center.
Consent first on the public site
This marketing site asks for business planning information, never care records. Keep client details, patient information and case notes out of booking forms and product demonstrations. Any future center analytics require a separate review of consent and allowed data.
